Been a while...

I haven't posted in a while and I can already hear Môôssieu Carlo cursing... or maybe not... it could just be that it's his normal daily routine: sip coffee, curse at some inept minion at work, sip more coffee...

It has been busy. I haven't been lazy, despite rumors to the contrary. My Leadership students organized some fine Halloween activities and it was great. A movie and a costume contest, supervized by the Leadership class. They always amaze me: no matter how crazy they can be (case in point, check out Caitlyn and Katie, vamping it up in homeroom), they show great patience and resourcefulness when they actually have to be in charge of an activity.

Right now, we are trying to organize a homeroom activity... I'm still fuzzy on the details, it's a student's creation, Dave's, and I am hoping it works out well. It has to do with self-esteem, personalized posters and cut-out letters from magazines. I'm letting his team work it out. They have about 1 week to get everything ready. Start praying folks... hehe.
