Homework? Who needs it!

Evidently, I am not the only one who thinks that homework is a waste of time. I always have thought that it takes up too much time in class when comes the time to correct it. I prefer reviewing and preparing for tests and quizzes as a more efficient style of homework. And besides, more often than not, when I do give homework, I end up with a bunch of kids complaining that they didn't understand the work and, consequently, did not complete the assignment. So I rather give the work in class and, if they have any questions, help the students better understand the subject they are learning.

Just my perspective...but it does seem to be getting popular.
